Having done his graduation and masters in commercial laws from London, Nadeem Ahmed has an experience spanning almost two decades of handling a range of commercial law matters both on the corporate and litigation side.
Naveed Zafar is an Advocate High Court.
Over the years, Mr. Zafar has independently handled transactions involving company matters, regulatory and compliance issues relating to stock exchange and competition commission laws, restructuring transactions, and has advised on many share and debenture issues. He has also worked on several infrastructure project transactions including concession, IPP and PPP transactions. With a team of two associate lawyers, Mr. Zafar is advising government of Pakistan on the legal aspects of privatization of one of the largest state owned electricity distribution company based at Sukkur.
Ms. Sheikh studied law at China’s prestigious Renmin University. After studies, she worked with a law firm in China.
Fluent in Mandarin, she brings to the firm her exceptional knowledge of Chinese customs and Chinese legal system that enables the firm to make Chinese business leaders and investors feel more comfortable when dealing with Pakistani laws and regulations.

Imran Memon, BBA, LL.B (Hons.) (University of London), L.P.C. (College of Law, UK), is an Advocate High Court.
Mr. Memon has had a diverse experience of handling corporate and commercial matters including banking. He now independently handles various commercial work ranging from due diligence of large state owned and private business entities to different aspects of corporate finance. He has also handled transactions with Islamic mode of financing. With a team of two associate lawyers, Mr. Memon is advising Government of Pakistan on the legal aspects of privatization of the largest Quetta-based state owned electricity distribution company that covers the entire province of Balochistan.
Jam Waheed has a varied experience of corporate matters including incorporation of companies, registration of charges, complex real estate based large transactions, and drafting and vetting documents for debt-asset swap.

Mr. Khan is a core member of our corporate team with ten years experience of handling a variety of legal issues relating to various aspects of corporate finance. He also specialises in legal and practical side of real estate matters, representing purchasers or sellers of large properties, drafting, vetting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Zainab Rana, LL.B (Kingston University, London), Bar-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn).
Ms. Rana has a previous work experience at a solicitor’s firm in Hong Kong where she dealt with immigration matters. Here, she has been dealing with a range of corporate and banking matters which include providing legal opinion, and drafting and vetting agreements. At present, she is advising government of Sindh on the PPP mode transaction relating to mango processing project.
Musavir Gajani, BBA (SZABIST), LLB (University of Birmingham), Bar-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn), is a member of International Bar Association, Amicus International and is enrolled as an advocate with Sindh Bar Council.
Mr. Gajani deals in a range of corporate and commercial matters. On behalf of government of Pakistan, he has been handling legal issues relating to privatizations of power generation companies (GENCOs) and power distribution companies (DISCOs).
Samreen Indreyas has worked on a range of commercial law matters. She has drafted and negotiated syndicate finance agreements along with company charge documents.

Mr. Soomro has a previous experience of litigation in criminal, customs and taxation laws. Currently, he is working on a wide range of corporate, commercial and banking transactions. The scope of work also includes drafting documents and providing legal opinions on different aspects of laws.
Mehrunnissa Ghanghro, holding a degree of LLB (Hons.) from the University of London, is involved in undertaking research in various corporate, commercial and civil matters, contentious and non-contentious.
Ms. Ghanghro assists our seniors in vetting and drafting of various contracts and is engaged in the formulation of legal opinions related to banking and finance, commercial and civil matters. She also holds experience in internal company matters, pertaining to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Sarmad Khan, LL.B (Hons.) (University of London).
Mr. Khan deals in corporate and banking matters as well as property related transactions. He is responsible for drafting and vetting commercial contracts and deals with other types of corporate related transactions.
Moeed Ahmed specialises in immovable property matters, specially confirmation of title and registration of mortgages. He has been drafting and vetting bank finance documents including finance agreements and charges.

Jam Asif, BA, LL.B, is an Advocate of Supreme Court and has bar membership of Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan, Sind High Court Bar Association, Sind Bar Council, Karachi Bar Association, Lahore High Court Bar Association, Islamabad High Court Bar Association and Rawalpindi High Court Bar Association.
Mr. Asif is heading the litigation section of the firm with a team of 15 lawyers. He has vast experience of arguing a whole range of commercial matters in courts of various provinces. He has argued and won some of the most contentious and nationally important commercial cases and many of the judgments obtained have been published in various law journals.
